QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience,
• Excellent command of English is required,
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering,
• Willingness to travel,
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Providing direct commercial/technical support to customers.
• Understanding customer needs and aligning product offerings with their requirements.
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
• Regularly visiting customers to maintane the customer relations and for new oppurtunities
• Carrying out all required reporting activities.
• Give active feedback and insights from the market to the product development and marketing team.
• Participate in sales meetings, trade shows and industry events to promote our products or services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics and competitor offerings.
• Contributing to sales strategies, pricing decisions and contract negotiations based on technical considerations.
• Coordinating sales activities and market development by communicating with WEG's worldwide teams
• Following up on “commercial, administrative, marketing and logistics” targets and controlling company policies by participating in company routines.
