ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Quality Control Specialist to join the R&D Department at our Head Office.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

• Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems

• Familiarity with KKDIK and REACH regulations

• Ability to prepare accurate daily and weekly quality reports

• Proven ability to supervise quality personnel and coordinate field-based quality activities

• Experience in managing product and process quality certification procedures

• Ability to establish a quality department from the ground up and develop all required procedures, systems, and documentation

• Experience in conducting incoming raw material inspections and quality controls

• Ability to contribute actively to the development of process control plans, quality standards, procedures, and workflows

• Experience in planning, conducting, and reporting internal audits

• Ability to identify non-conformities in production areas and develop effective corrective and preventive actions

• Experience in managing laboratory equipment, measurement devices, and calibration processes

• Experience in handling, investigating, and resolving customer complaints

• Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies, including 5 Whys, Six Sigma, 8D, and Fishbone Analysis

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Good command of written and spoken English is preferred

• Completion of military service for male candidates

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills

• A disciplined, well-organised, proactive professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that incoming quality control processes are carried out effectively, efficiently, and sustainably

• Investigate supplier-related quality issues and implement permanent corrective solutions

• Perform process quality controls on samples collected during production

• Conduct final quality inspections of finished products and assess product conformity against established specifications

• Accurately record, analyse, and report quality control and laboratory test results

• Prepare certificates of analysis and technical analysis reports in line with customer requirements

• Investigate quality non-conformities and establish preventive systems to eliminate recurrence

• Promote a structured problem-solving culture across quality processes and provide guidance to relevant teams

• Develop, implement, and manage data-driven KPIs to monitor and improve quality performance

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality issues affecting products and production processes

• Plan the workforce requirements of the Quality Control team and support the professional development of team members

• Prepare and present clear, analytical, and action-oriented quality performance reports to senior management

• Take an active role in internal, customer, and certification audits and ensure the timely completion of corrective actions

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, process efficiency, and operational performance

• Support the proper use, maintenance, verification, and calibration of measuring and laboratory equipment

• Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements

• Maintain laboratory organisation and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations
