     JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Overall assisting the Marketing Communication Team. 
• Event management; product handling, booth design & organizing promotional activities for the event we need to participate in 
• Influencer demo products follow-up & influencer content management process, which means archiving all the influencers' content on our SharePoint and using it when necessary. Create monthly UTM links for our influencers to bring traffic to our website.
• Support the Brand & Content Manager (BCM) on artwork resizing according to our needs (such as magazine sponsorship, MP's needs, etc.)  and follow up closely with deadlines to ensure flawless processes. 
• Support the artwork creation for the e-com team, especially for the MPs.
• Follow up closely on sponsorship requests & customer complaints that are coming from the Call Center.
• Monthly invoice & expense report follow-up
• Supplier agreement & set-up processes 
• e-mail template design & creation every month in the Related Marketing Tool according to our campaign period.

     JOB SKILLS:

• Eager to learn in Marketing Communication
• University Degree

• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills (e.g., relationship management, solution-oriented, coordination of cross-functional project teams)

• Ability to provide input and implement strategy

• Creativity and detail-oriented approach

• Previous experience working with various agencies (creative, activation, event)

• Language skills: Advance in English (verbal and written)

• IT skills / Advanced level: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
