Sales & Marketing Engineer (Automotive Plastic Injection Molding Company)

         We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our automotive plastic injection molding company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer RFQ/RFI processes, preparing cost-based commercial offers, and supporting business development activities with OEM and Tier-1 customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes from automotive OEM and Tier-1 customers
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations in coordination with engineering and production teams
• Conduct detailed part and tool cost analysis
• Calculate and update serial production pricing for existing programs
• Present pricing proposals to customers and internal management
• Support negotiation processes with customers regarding pricing and commercial terms
• Follow up on new project opportunities and contribute to business development activities
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely response to commercial requests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or related fields)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive industry (preferably plastic injection or manufacturing)
• Strong knowledge of costing, pricing, and quotation processes
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and numerical thinking skills
• Valid driving license (B class)
• Reside or willing to reside in Gebze or Istanbul Anatolian Side
