Sales Support Specialist

Within our growing organizational structure, we are seeking aSales Support Specialist who will assist our CEO, manage after-sales support processes, and contribute to the overall operational workflow of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the CEO’s daily, weekly, and monthly agenda
• Prepare meeting documents, take minutes, manage follow-up processes, and assign action items based on meeting outcomes
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle reporting, presentation preparation, and data tracking processes
• Demonstrate professionalism in matters requiring confidentiality and trust
• Take an active role in quotation, order, invoicing, and contract processes
• Follow up on customer requests and provide necessary information
• Enter data into the CRM system and generate regular sales reports
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure sustained post-sales customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Communication, or Mathematics)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented, solution-focused, strong communicator, and results-driven
• High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality
• Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and digital working tools
• Ability to adapt to flexible working hours
• No restrictions for domestic and international travel

Work Arrangement

Full-time – Bomonti Office

Interviews will be conducted in English, and a written English assessment will be administered.
