Özlem Matbaacılık ve Reklamcılık, established in 1986 and operating in Istanbul with an integrated production infrastructure, is seeking an International Customer Representative with strong English skills to join its International Sales Department.

This position will play an active role in international customer communication, quotation processes, order follow-up, and coordination with relevant departments.

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Communicate with English-speaking customers both verbally and in writing

·         Maintain regular communication with existing international customers and manage ongoing relationships

·         Contact potential companies to acquire new customers and support business development activities

·         Prepare, revise, and follow up on quotations

·         Coordinate order, production, and delivery processes with relevant teams

·         Manage customer requests effectively by forwarding them to the appropriate departments

·         Develop long-term relationships to increase customer satisfaction

·         Participate in trade fairs, meetings, and international organizations where company representation is required

·         Contribute to expanding the customer network in assigned target markets through phone calls, emails, trade fairs, and customer visits

Required Qualifications

·         Advanced level of English (written and spoken)

·         Experience in customer relations, sales, or foreign trade (preferred)

·         Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, and good follow-up abilities

·         High planning and organizational skills with attention to detail

·         Experience in the printing / packaging industry is a plus

·         Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel and Outlook)

·         Preferably experienced in ERP and/or CRM systems

 .        Previous experience in the printing industry is required.
