Company Introduction
Our company specializes in the production of high-temperature resistant refractory mortars and monolithic materials in Türkiye. We provide technical solutions to major industries including iron & steel, cement, aluminum, foundry, and power plants.
With our growing international operations and export network, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated International Sales Specialist to join our team and contribute to our global expansion strategy.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Trade, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
* Minimum 1 and maximum 15 years of experience in export sales, preferably in industrial, technical, or B2B markets
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
* Strong knowledge of export/import procedures, international trade regulations, customs operations, and logistics processes
* Experience in handling export documentation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and shipment coordination
* Familiarity with industrial products and technical sales processes; experience in refractory materials is an advantage
* Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
* Proactive, self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented personality
* Ability to work effectively both in office/factory environment and in field operations
* No restrictions for domestic or international travel
* Active driver’s license is preferred
Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate export operations for refractory products including mortars, castables, precast shapes, and related industrial materials
* Conduct international market research and identify new business opportunities, distributors, and industrial customers particularly in cement, steel, foundry, aluminum, and energy sectors
* Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events; represent the company professionally in global markets
* Accompany senior management during overseas customer visits, technical meetings, factory visits, and commercial negotiations
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients, agents, distributors, and strategic partners
* Prepare quotations, technical offers, product presentations, brochures, and commercial documents according to customer requirements
* Coordinate export logistics, customs, shipment planning, and delivery operations under Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP
* Follow up customer inquiries, offers, order processes, payments, and after-sales services
* Coordinate sample shipments, complaint management, and technical support processes with production and technical departments
* Maintain and update CRM/customer databases, sales reports, and export records regularly
* Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, pricing structures, and regional developments
* Support the company’s international growth strategy by contributing to sales targets, new market penetration, and brand positioning activities
* Work closely with production, planning, procurement, and management teams to ensure smooth operational coordination
