We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Expert to join our growing team. This role is pivotal to our success, as Sales Experts are often the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless booking experiences, building long-term client relationships, and driving our international growth.

We provide a short training period, after which you will take ownership of guest relations and sales.

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as the primary contact for English-speaking guests, guiding them throughout the booking process and supporting them before, during, and after their holiday.
  • Manage the full booking process for international guests and close bookings with speed and precision.
  • Reach out to potential and existing clients daily to secure bookings. Proactively reach out to clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs, resolve issues, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide clear, timely, and solution-oriented communication, ensuring every client feels supported and valued.
  • Develop and maintain trust-based, long-term relationships with both guests and colleagues.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while upholding the highest standards of customer service.
  • Identify and acquire new boat owners, assisting them with onboarding through our platform.

Requirements:

  • BS degree in a related field.
  • Excellent command of the English language – preferably native speaker level.
  • Professional proficiency in additional major languages such as German, French, Spanish, Greek, Italian, Russian, Dutch, Croatian and Ukrainian is a big plus.
  • Experience in sales or customer experience, preferably in tourism sector.
  • Knowledge in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Working knowledge with CRM tools, such as Zoho.
  • Eager to learn through experience.
  • Desire to build a career in sales field with global exposure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
