Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to support our sales support processes. In this role, you will work closely with sales teams and internal stakeholders to manage quotations, orders, documentation workflows, and reporting activities while ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

 What Will You Do?

• Preparing offer documents including pricing and service details for customers
• Issuing proforma invoices
• Recording and revising orders in the system
• Tracking tender processes and forwarding them to the relevant teams
• Monitoring the order approval process
• Supporting and tracking the documentation needs of sales teams
• Listing current sales as reference for reporting purposes
• Contributing to improvement activities related to ERP systems, offer formats, and processes
• Making budget entries
• Ensuring proper coordination and information flow between affiliated companies and the factory
• Entering and following up on commission records
• Tracking validity dates of official documents and managing their archiving

What We Expect From You

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• New graduates or candidates without experience are also encouraged to apply
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and willing to take responsibility
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with solid coordination and organizational abilities
