Sales Engineer (Color Sorter)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Visit new customers in the food processing industry and develop the market;
2. Track color sorter market data, competitor dynamics, and industry trends within the food processing plant customer segment;
3. Coordinate with the sales team and relevant departments to prepare product demonstrations and formulate sales expansion plans;
4. Explain product materials, professional technical knowledge, and core equipment advantages to the sales team and customers;
5. Prepare sales reports and summaries of customer visits;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

1. More than 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing;

2. Capable of product presentation, business negotiation, and customer relationship maintenance;

3. Able to work independently, plan customer visits autonomously, and possess excellent time management skills;

4. Willing to travel within Turkey, proactive, and able to interact with customers frequently;

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and basic sales tools;

6. Able to drive, with a valid driver’s license;

7. Basic English communication skills; Chinese speakers preferred.

Monthly Salary: USD 1,500 - 2,500
