General Qualifications

As a member of an international five-star hotel chain whose main principle is to create extraordinary experiences for every guest, at every hotel, every time – filling the world with the light and warmth of hospitality – we are looking for a RESERVATION AGENT to join our Business Development Department.

We are seeking a team member who keeps guests at the heart of what they do, believes in doing the job in the best way possible, and meets the following qualifications:

·        Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same or similar position at five-star hotels

·        Proficient in MS Office programs

·        Fluent in English (a second language is a plus)

·        Collaborative mindset

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·        Team-oriented, disciplined, and reliable

·        High self-confidence and persuasive abilities

·        Physically energetic and cheerful.

·        Presentable, and professional appearance

·        Attention to detail and ability to think analytically

·        Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

·        For male candidates: completion of military service

Responding to all types of reservation requests that generate revenue in order to achieve the hotel’s designated sales targets.
