International Social Media Specialist

Hisar Hospital Intercontinental is looking for a creative and proactive International Social Media Specialist who enjoys content creation, closely follows digital trends, and has strong communication skills.

We are looking for a team member who will not only manage and publish content, but also contribute to the growth of our social media channels, generate new ideas, follow global trends, and strengthen our digital communication across international markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of all international social media accounts.
• Create and manage social media content calendars, plan content, and coordinate publishing schedules.
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages, coordinating with relevant teams when necessary.
• Take an active role in the ideation, production, and editing processes of Reels, short-form videos, and other social media content.
• Conduct video shoots within the hospital when needed, including content featuring physicians, services, events, and other relevant topics.
• Closely follow global social media trends, emerging content formats, and platform updates, and adapt relevant trends to the brand.
• Regularly monitor and analyze the social media activities of local and international competitors, particularly within the healthcare industry.
• Track account performance, prepare regular reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Actively use AI tools in content creation, research, idea generation, and day-to-day workflows.
• Contribute to continuously improving the engagement, reach, and overall content quality of our social media channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish.
• Good understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and their respective content dynamics.
• Strong interest in short-form video, Reels, and current social media content formats.
• Comfortable taking an active role in video shooting and basic content production processes.
• Ability to go beyond following trends and develop creative ideas on how they can be effectively adapted to the brand.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms, or a strong willingness to develop these skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media performance data and prepare reports.
• Strong research skills and the ability to conduct regular competitor analysis.
• Energetic, collaborative, and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to take ownership of tasks and follow them through.
• Curious, self-motivated, and eager to continuously develop skills and stay up to date with the digital landscape.
• Enjoys developing creative ideas and turning them into engaging content.
• Prior experience in the healthcare sector will be considered an asset.
