Our client is having operations in durable consumer goods industry with production in six different countries, marketing and after-sales services, they offer products and services around the world with its 27,000 employees, 15 different production facilities* in six countries (Turkey, Romania, Russia, China and South Africa).
We are looking for "Process Engineer" based in Bolu for our client.


• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Strong knowledge of Raw Material, Metal Molds, Production Processes
• Knowledge of Project Management,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production process,
• Willing and able to work in a dynamic environment and motivated to be a self-developer,
• Having strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration.

İŞ TANIMI

• Coordinating activities for process management approaches and their deployment according to company standards,
• Identifying / improving the best suitable process technology,
• Coordinating  new molds and tools of projects  for coated / plastic / metal / casting parts till serial production,
• Coordinating new equipment investmests as a Project leader
• Managing investment budgets of the factory.
• Managing the cost reduction projects.
