We are looking for a “Recruitment Specialist” to be assigned to our HUGO BOSS İzmir factory.

Job Description:

• Managing all recruitment processes; job postings, screening and short-listing candidates,
• Making and coordinating interviews, competency-based interviews, selecting tools, offers and onboarding,
• Taking a role in assessment centers as an assessor and coordinator,
• Actively managing all employee branding projects and events,
• Conducting career activities at target universities to increase our brand strength and communicate potential candidates closer,
• Develop proactive recruitment/sourcing tools and relationships with external partners,
• Ensure the best candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related departments.
• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in recruitment and employer branding (preferably in a recruitment agency)
• Preferably certificated assessor and coach,
• Strong skills in MS Office programs,
• Strong networking, communication, organization, active learning and presentation skills,
• Excellent command of English.
