We are seeking a dynamic "Human Resources Responsible" to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a university.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, planning, and follow-up skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willing to develop knowledge in Turkish Labor Law, Social Security (SGK) legislation, and Occupational Health & Safety practices.
• Male candidates must have completed military service.
• Residing in or willing to reside in the Çorlu, Çerkezköy, or Saray area. Accommodation is available for candidates relocating from outside the city.

Job Description

• Support recruitment and hiring processes.
• Assist in preparing Human Resources reports.
• Analyze data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Support the daily operations of the Human Resources department.
• Communicate effectively with overseas teams in both written and spoken English.
• Maintain and update attendance records, including shift schedules, overtime, leave, absenteeism, and other timekeeping data, in the HR system.
