Your Journey Begins With a Unique Role ??

• Establish close coordination with site teams (construction, mechanical, electrical, etc.) to accurately identify, prioritize, and validate needs directly from the site,
• Regularly assess the progress of on-site activities; take action on critical needs, risks, and potential delays,
• Supplier management: build and maintain an appropriate supplier pool, monitor supplier performance, and develop alternative sourcing options,
• Cost optimization and budget control: conduct market research, price analysis, comparative evaluations, and prepare management reports,
• Maintain regular communication and reporting with project stakeholders (weekly action plans, critical procurement items, risks, and solution proposals),
• Conduct site visits once a week or bi-weekly when required to manage and accelerate procurement processes on-site,

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering,
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure and superstructure projects,
• 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years in international projects,
• Experience in procurement and Project management within international projects,
• Great command of English,
• Preferably competent in Arabic,
• No restrictions on international travel,
• Able to adapt to an active, site-based working environment,
• Competent in reporting, contract management, offer evaluation processes,
• Willing to engage in communication and sharing among colleagues,
