I&C Project & Tendering Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong I&C Project & Tendering Engineerto join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in both technical and commercial aspects of energy, power distribution, microgrid, and industrial automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, technical specifications, and contract attachments in detail to define scope and prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals,
• Prepare cost estimates, pricing calculations, and commercial evaluations for tenders,
• Specify equipment and instruments and prepare technical specifications,
• Apply strong commercial judgment to evaluate tender value, competitiveness, and probability of success,
• Collaborate closely with the external sales team to support and execute sales strategies,
• Provide technical support during project execution when required, ensuring alignment with contract scope and design intent,

Qualifications & Technical Competencies

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline,
• At least 3 years of proven experience in tendering processes, commercial evaluations, and proposal preparation,
• In-depth technical knowledge of Power Systems, Microgrids, and Hybrid Energy Systems,
• Strong understanding of Power Monitoring Systems, SCADA, Automation, Protection, and RTU solutions,
• Solid understanding of LV and HV electrical distribution systems,
• Strong knowledge of communication protocols such as RS485, CANBUS, Modbus TCP/RTU,
• Familiarity with international codes, standards, and regulations (UL and NEMA standards are a plus),
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office,
• Ability to use MS Project or equivalent planning tools,
• No travel restrictions for site visits and meetings,
• Advanced command of English,
• Holder of a Class B driving license.
