Project Coordination Engineer

We are seeking a Project Coordination Engineer with the qualifications specified below to work on our Körfezray Project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering,
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, such as technical office or project coordination,
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken),
• Previous experience in the infrastructure sector and public procurement/tender projects,
• Proven experience in technical documentation and reporting processes,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Military service completed (for male candidates),
• Residing or willing to relocate to Kocaeli/İzmit.

Job Description:

• Assisting in the coordination of the Project Manager's daily, weekly, and monthly schedule, along with their technical tasks and priorities,
• Organizing project meetings, drafting meeting minutes, and ensuring the follow-up of action items,
• Reviewing technical documents received through the Document Control Center (DCC), routing them to the appropriate departments, and tracking their progress,
• Drafting technical correspondence and facilitating necessary coordination across disciplines,
• Compiling technical data from various project teams to prepare regular, comprehensive reports for the Project Manager,
• Providing support for reporting activities concerning project progress, cost control, planning, and site operations,
• Ensuring the systematic tracking and archiving of technical documents, revisions, and project records,
• Managing and tracking all technical documentation and correspondence in English.
