Job Description

• Develop and manage export sales strategies
• Create country- and customer-based growth plans
• Conduct market research for new markets, lead customer meetings, and manage acquisition processes
• Strengthen existing customer relationships and ensure sustainable growth
• Plan and manage international trade fair organizations
• Ensure export operations are carried out effectively and efficiently
• Lead, guide, and develop the export team
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for senior management
• Strengthen cross-functional coordination and lead process improvement initiatives
• Contribute to system, process, and change management efforts in line with company objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of experience in export sales
• Good command of English
• Preferably proficient in a second foreign language
• Strong knowledge of international sales, foreign trade, and logistics processes
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills
• Results-oriented, proactive, and strategically minded
• No restrictions for international travel
