Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in line with sales targets,
• Conduct customer visits and maintain regular communication,
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs,
• Coordinate the sales process with relevant internal departments from order placement through delivery,
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities,
• Prepare regular sales and customer activity reports.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers,
• Identify and develop new customer and business opportunities,
• Analyze customer requirements from both technical and commercial perspectives,
• Present and promote products and technical solutions to customers,
• Prepare commercial offers and follow up on quotations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, or a related field,
• Previous experience in technical sales or industrial sales is preferred,
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes,
• Ability to understand technical products and manufacturing processes,
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills,
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in a second foreign language is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel,
• Target-oriented and results-driven approach,
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
