Requirements
* Currently enrolled in a university program (Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, Media, Business Administration, or related fields preferred)
* Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good command of English
* Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn platforms
* Ability to identify and research social media trends
* Basic knowledge of Canva and Photoshop
* Basic knowledge of CapCut or other video editing tools
* Comfortable using Google Workspace (Google Docs and Sheets)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Eagerness to learn and receive feedback
* Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
* Support the team in various areas of content production, including social media management, graphic design, video editing, and on-set production activities
* Collaborate closely with team members on content creation and cross-functional projects
* Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to identify new content opportunities
* Research and report on emerging social media trends, formats, and platform updates
* Assist during photo and video shoots, both behind and in front of the camera when required
* Participate in content planning, brainstorming sessions, and creative concept development
* Support the production of engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms
* Contribute to the execution of social media campaigns and marketing initiatives
* Assist with content organization, asset management, and workflow coordination
* Take an active role in learning different aspects of digital marketing and content production
