Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced Senior CRM Specialist / CRM Executive to join our team in the laboratory industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Statistics, Economics or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Analytics, or related fields; experience inthe pharmaceutical, healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of CRM strategies, customer segmentation, lifecycle management,
- Experience working with B2B and B2C customers such as hospitals, clinics, physicians, and corporate clients is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with CRM platforms and reporting tools; knowledge of Salesforce, SQL, Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.
- Upper-intermediate level or above in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in a multi-stakeholder healthcare environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Medical, Operations, and Laboratory teams.
- Willing to travel as required.
- Preferably residing in Istanbul.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies for laboratory services.
- Analyze customer to find trends, opportunities and risks.
- Manage customer groups (segmentation) for hospitals, clinics, doctors, and company clients.
- Design and run targeted CRM campaigns to increase customer engagement. Monitor and report CRM KPIs such as customer retention, revenue per account, and service utilization rates.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Medical, and Laboratory Operations teams to optimize customer experience.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to management.
- Improve CRM processes and data quality across all customer touchpoints.
- Support digital transformation initiatives within customer management systems.
