We are looking for an Aviation Marketing Chief to join our Aviation Marketing Department.

Qualifications

If you:

·       Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Aviation Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field,

·       Have at least 7 years of experience in Revenue Management, Network Planning, Sales & Marketing within an airline company,

·       Possess knowledge of route performance analysis, demand forecasting, slot efficiency and capacity optimization,

·       Have experience in market development and commercial negotiations,

·       Are confident in data analysis and reporting, with strong proficiency in MS Office and BI tools,

·       Have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken,

·       Are preferably fluent in an additional foreign language,

·       Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, a result-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills

·       Have no restrictions on international travel,

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and maintain commercial relationships with existing and potential airline partners,

·       Conduct market research and analysis for new airline, route, and destination opportunities,

·       Monitor airport slot utilization and identify capacity optimization opportunities,

·       Prepare regular traffic, capacity, revenue, and performance reports for management,

·       Ensure strategic coordination with internal stakeholders, including Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams,

·       Take an active role in commercial discussions and negotiations with airline partners,

·       Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and passenger demand patterns to identify growth opportunities,

·       Support the planning and implementation of incentive programs, campaigns, and commercial projects,

·       Contribute to strategic initiatives supporting the airport's traffic development objectives.
