Laboratory Trainer (Part-Time)

We are looking for a part-time Technical Training Specialist who is passionate about knowledge sharing, eager to learn, and willing to actively use technical expertise in the field while contributing to the Ivoclar Academy.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training, hands-on workshops, and product demonstrations
• Support planning and execution of Ivoclar Academy training programs
• Manage training operations with third parties/ KOLs etc. and provide technical support during sessions
• Provide technical and digital guidance to customers and support field visits
• Effectively managing customer complaints and technical requests and ensuring coordination with relevant teams
• Support translation and localization of global technical content
• Represent Ivoclar at events, congresses, and customer engagements

 Qualifications

• Dental Technician with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Interest in dental technologies and training processes
• Knowledge of analog and/or digital dental applications
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with English technical materials
• Open to travel and teamwork
