Airport Customer Helper (Rep) – Dalaman

We have fantastic opportunities to join our Jet2holidays Team as an Airport Customer Helper (Overseas/Holiday Representative) based at Dalaman Airport. These roles will be contracted till 1st November 2021.

Reporting into our Airport Team Leader, you will deliver an exceptionally friendly and trustworthy service to our customers' right from the moment they arrive at the Airport.

Working closely with our transfer provider, you will travel with our customers on their journeys to and from the Airport to ensure their safe and efficient transfers.

We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, customer focused and adaptable people to help create memories for our customers that will last a lifetime. If you love the idea of taking responsibility for our customers' holiday experience whilst working as One Team, this could be the perfect role for you.

Already living in Dalaman, or willing to relocate, you'll ideally have a basic understanding of the local language as well as being fluent in English.

To be considered for this role you must be a Turkish Citizen and have a Kimlik.
