A receptionist plays a key role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of an organization.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively

• Welcome and greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
• Perform various administrative tasks, including filing and managing documents
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and appointments
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
