What We Are Looking For?

• University degree from Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline,
• 5 years of proven experience in purchasing, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management,
• Proficient in purchasing, procurement, shipping and customs processes. Free Zone knowledge is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills,
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and complex projects efficiently
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Interest in digitalization and automation to enhance purchasing processes.
• Fluent in English – both verbal and written.
• Active driver (valid driver's license required).

Responsibilities

• Being responsible from purchasing of related category,
• Evaluating and selecting suppliers, negotiate price and terms conditions for the materials,
• Evaluating supplier quotations and mitigate purchasing risks through cross-functional assessments and proactive risk management,
• Preparing, processing and following up purchase order until material is on-site due to production plan,
• Managing ongoing relationship with suppliers and ensure that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service,
• Searching alternative suppliers and establishing strategic relationship with suppliers who are aligned with company needs,
• Getting involved in purchasing process improvement, benchmarking and cost effectiveness projects,
• Conducts meetings attend supplier visits regularly,
• Being responsible of achieving departmental business plan and budget targets.
• Preparing comprehensive purchasing reports upon request,
• Knowledge of Canias and MS Office applications. Efficient MS Excel usage is required.
