What We Are Looking For?

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering,

• Preferably +6 years of experience in a related role,

• Experience in Quality Assurance,

• Knowledge in quality system standard AS9100 and GD&T and inspection methods,

• Good knowledge of problem solving and Quality Assurance tools,

• Knowledge of CANIAS is an asset,

• Casting and machining experience will be plus,

• Proficient using Microsoft Office tools,

• Good command of English,

• Result-orientated and analytical thinking skills,

• Detail oriented and proactive,

• Strong interpersonal skills with the team and the related departments,

• Eagerness for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Checking, planning and validation of Customer Quality Requirements for new POs,

• Preparing/coordinating FAI (First Article Inspection) inspections and package & taking customer approval,

• Conducting quality engineering related activities such as process flow charting, problem, investigation/analysis, standards and procedure updating/development, report writing, and presentation development in support of daily activities,

• Performing and presenting daily quality KPIs and lead necessary corrective actions,

• Determining quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes,

• Preparing PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, KPC and Control Plan,

• Conducting quality system and special process audits as required,

• Supporting lean manufacturing system,

• Providing overall leadership for quality and reliability of products,

• Identifying root cause through data analysis for preventive and corrective actions,

• Coordinating and taking all necessary actions for goods returned from customer,

• Taking active role at new part launches.
