??Reservation & Call Center Sales Representative!

Kaya Artemis Resort & Casino is looking for a motivatedReservation & Call Center Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you are passionate about hospitality, customer service, and sales, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond professionally to reservation inquiries and guest requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Convert incoming calls into confirmed reservations while maximizing sales opportunities.
• Identify guest needs and recommend the most suitable accommodation options.
• Handle reservation processes accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to daily and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• A second foreign language (German, Russian, French, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in reservations, call center operations, or hotel sales is preferred.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Elektra or similar hotel management systems is an advantage.
• Able to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
