QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

LANXESS Turkey is currently seeking a strong, motivated and talented individuals with the appropriate experience for the position of Office Administration Specialist.


Location: LANXESS Kimya Tic. Ltd. Sti., Ümraniye/Istanbul.


Your mission will take place in the Turkey subsidiary and you will have the following:


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of HR & Administration Manager in office management and procurement processes
  • Perform general office duties such as archiving, maintaining records, managing database systems operations, answering phone calls
  • Support the team for their travel arrangements as well as bookings for visitors
  • Following the processes in the procurement of services and supplies and to communicate with the vendors
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs as well as coordinate with the facility management as needed
  • Be a coordination point for the IT department on all office equipment needs


Requirements:

  • Good level of general education, Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous 3-5 years of professional experience in Office Coordination, handling various responsibilities simultaneously is preferred
  • You are recognized for your team spirit, interpersonal, communication, writing skills and thoroughness with attention to details, strong planning and organization skills
  • You have sense of prioritizing tasks, initiative and ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced matrix environment
  • You are solution-focused with a simple and practical approach when executing
  • You are flexible to adapt to the needs and results-oriented to deliver objectives and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent with the MS Office Package, and have knowledge of SAP
  • No military obligation (for male candidates)
