Production and Assembly Engineer

We are looking for a Production and Assembly Engineer who will be responsible for production operations in our company, which operates in theaerospace and advanced manufacturing sectors, and will lead mechanical assembly processes.

The engineer in this position will be responsible for planning production and assembly operations, monitoring on-site implementation, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and coordinating the assembly technician team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor mechanical assembly and production processes,
• Manage the daily task allocation and coordination of the technician team,
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with technical drawings, production documentation, and quality criteria,
• Analyze technical problems arising during production and lead the resolution processes,
• Carry out improvement activities aimed at increasing production efficiency and optimizing workflow,
• Ensure a working environment compliant with occupational health and safety, quality, and production procedures,
• Report production results and encountered problems to the relevant managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering,
• Preferably experienced in metal manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or aerospace production processes,
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings,
• Experience in production team management and on-site coordination,
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills,
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team,
• Strong commitment to production discipline and quality standards,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Experience with at least one CAD software is preferred,
• Knowledge of quality and production standards in the aerospace industry is preferred.
