You’ll Be Great For This Role If:
- Has been at least 3 years into providing end customer car credits and insurances in financial institutions or car retail shops
- You have Segem certification
- Excellent knowledge of the financial market and diverse offers available in the market
- Excellent knowledge of the insurance market, with clear focus on car insurances (mainly the mandatory insurance and the accident risk policies).
- You are tech savvy, you know the usage of partner screens and will engage customers in their journey with a can do attitude.
- You have experience assessing credit risk of a customer.
- You have excellent use of office tools, excel in particular.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Evaluate credit applications and documents,
- Communicate with applicants to inform them or answer questions,
- Lead customers to get the most appropriate service package according to their financial state ,
- Escalade credit / insurance offers per application for confirmation of risks,
- Evaluate credit / financial risks in order to allocate credits or insurances,
- Prepare credit / insurance risk reports,
- Recite agreement clauses to customers, get their approval,
- Secure all applicant relevant data / material at all times,
- Follow up best practices in the market, make suggestions to improve current customer experience,
- Responding & resolving customer claims,
- Renegotiating payment structures with customers failing to cope with the initial plan,
- Evaluating credit plans and conditions, standards along with management.
