ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
E-Commerce Platform Development & Management
• Build and grow our e-commerce sales platform with a focus on new customer acquisition and conversion and developing new strategies
• Consumer data acquisition, processing to meet the company’s requirement and related system management
• Generate traffic and drive growth across all digital channels including but not limited to search engine, social media, display ads.
• Apply a data-driven approach to e-commerce initiatives, setting goals and generating monthly KPI reports
• Manage daily e-commerce operation, target traffic promotions, data analysis, merchandise selection optimization, website changes
• Develop site optimization strategy and calendar to drive short and long-term improvements
• Lead the site merchandising strategy (i.e. site structure, linking, landing pages, shops/categories), optimizing and iterating to achieve goals around conversion, and average order value.
• Increase click through rates, reduce cost per click and decrease average cost of acquisition of leads
• Take an initiative for on-line/Data driven promotion/communication along with Product Marketing and Mar-com teams of our organization.
On-line LG Brand Shop & Omni-channel Platform Management
• Manage the operations of our Endless Aisle applications in LG on-line system as well as the Reserve Online Pick Up in Store functionality on company web page/LG market place/LG on-line brand shop.
• Ensure consistency across platforms and manage weekly reports to optimize performance.
• Manage price promotions on LG market place to ensure timeliness and consistency for a seamless Omni-channel presence.
Digital Marketing
• Support the Product Marketing and Mar-com teams with measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and provide feedback to improve and grow click rates, subscribers and conversions
• Manage Digital Media agencies executing performance in marketing activities
• Perform ongoing keyword research
• Set up Google and Youtube ads, as well as analyze, review, and report on Google Analytics data
• Manage Regular and ad-hoc analysis and reporting
Brand Marketing
• Manages media timelines and executes plans across all media channels, that is, Digital, TV, Social, Radio, and Print etc.
• Ensures all branding and key information strategies are in line with overall business strategy without compromising the brand’s identity.
• Serves as a collaborative partner and liaison between all internal product departments in ensuring integrated campaigns and cohesive strategies.
• Collaborates with external partners in ensuring that all media plans are aligned with the business’s values and goals, are executed on-time and on-budget.
• Reviews and approves all branded elements for advertising and /or for any offline and online assets that represents our brand.
• Actualizes cost reports per project at the completion of each brand marketing campaign.
• Translates all research and result reports into strategic recommendations, to be shared with top management for further refinement and consideration.
• Reviews targeted spends and makes real-time adjustments in order to optimize brand marketing campaign performance.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Being Fluent in English is a MUST. Interviews will be held in English.
• 5+ years’ experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a relevant field with Marketing or Digital Marketing
• Proven e-commerce record of driving profitable growth with financial accountability (revenue and budget)
• Sales/Conversion focused
• Strong analytical, communication and reporting skills
• Expert level knowledge of Ad Platforms (Google Ads, Youtube) and Analytic Tools (Google Analytics)
• Experience with Adobe/Google DMP and other data management system/platform is an asset
• Ecommerce experience with knowledge in UX and design is a plus
• Having work experience in the Consumer Electronics Industry is a plus
• Ability to clearly articulate and present ideas both in written and orally to senior leadership.
• Proven track record to work in a large organization with a strong work ethic.
• A problem-solver who is comfortable contacting different parts of the organization and escalating issues where appropriate.
• Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure and in a constantly evolving environment to meet deadlines.
• Focused, attention to detail and high standards for quality and accuracy in work
