• Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
• Fully proficient in spoken and written English,
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
• Advanced organizational skills,
• High written and verbal communication skills,
• Advanced planning and organizational skills,
• Strong job tracking and analysis skills,
• Successful in protocol and human relations,
• No restrictions on domestic or international travel,
• Preferably a graduate of a university's Law or International Relations department,

Job Description:

• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and domestic and international hotel, flight, and travel arrangements,
• Effectively manage phone and email traffic in a timely and efficient manner,
• Monitor management's schedule on a daily/weekly/monthly basis,
• Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments for presentations, required reports, and information,
