We search for “Logistic Expert” to enrich our growing team.
 

• University degree in Maritime Transportation and Management, Maritime Business Management, Economic and Administrative Science, Logistic Management and International Trade and Logistic
• Informed about Incoterms, L/C operations and logistics organizations,
• Having min. 3 years experience in relevant field,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Good command of MS Office tools and Oracle,
• Dynamic, team player, analytical thinker, open-minded, disciplined, and good interpersonal skills,
• Ability of planning, decision-making and taking initiative,
• Having awareness of quality and job safety,
• No obligation for military service, (for male candidates)
• Living in or willing to relocate to Balıkesir

Job Description:

• Informed about invoicing, letters of guarantee, banking L/C operations, custom operations and incentives (Inward processing, investment , customs duty etc.).
• To provide the necessary transportation prices to the Sales Department personnel on the basis of the offer.
• To provide all kinds of transportation and unloading organizations according to the order and, if any, the conditions of the letter of credit of the domestic and foreign transformers and materials that have been manufactured.
• Creating the Packing Lists and transmitting the final version of the package lists, if any, translated into English to the relevant units and to the customer.
• Publishing the dispatch instruction by providing the necessary coordination with the customer and the transporter based on the dispatch request submitted by Forwarding Responsible and continuing this coordination with the client and the transporter until the shipment is completed.
• To forward the information about the transportation to the project manager and enter the information into the ERP system.
• To arrange the waybills of transformer, spare materials and all other materials leaving the factory.
• Ensuring dropping supervision in the field according to the order conditions.
• To ensure loading on vehicles with highway transport permits and appropriate carrying capacity.
