Qualifications:
- Graduation from universities with a degree in Fine Arts, Textile, or Fashion Design,
- At least 5 years of design experience in the men's ready-to-wear sector,
- Up-to-date with fashion and trends,
- Experience working with international brands,
- Open to innovation and change,
- Able to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment,
- Proficient in design software (Corel Draw, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Fashion Studio, etc.),
- Able to create both artistic hand drawings and technical computer-generated sketches,
- Strong skills in task management and achieving results,
- Preferably fluent in English,
- Knowledge and experience in color, fabric, accessories, pattern making, and sewing,
- Experience in conducting research and development for woven or knitted fabrics and accessories,
- Strong skills in print and graphic design,
- No travel restrictions,
- Portfolio available and open to sharing.
Job Description:
- Preparing new collections considering upcoming season trends and forecasts,
- Leading the collection development process in collaboration with the model room/product development team,
- Participating in the fitting sessions of the produced models and finalizing the designs,
- After production, selecting and combining products to be used in showroom displays and collaborating with the visual team,
- Conducting fabric research and making innovative fabric choices throughout the collection process.
