About Job
We are looking for a dynamic and guest-oriented Guest Relations Agent to join our team in a luxury hospitality environment.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Graduate of a university Tourism and Hotel Management Department
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Luxury Hospitality Industry or hotel operations
- Strong interpersonal skills; warm, welcoming, and approachable towards guests and colleagues
- Review incoming guest reservations and proactively contact guests prior to arrival
- Monitor guest needs, anticipate expectations, and take timely action
- Greet guests, perform check-in procedures, and respond to requests while delivering exceptional service
- Provide outstanding customer service with enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset
- Handle complaints efficiently to achieve satisfactory outcomes; creative and practical in enhancing service quality
- Fluent in English with clear and polite communication skills in Turkish (additional languages are an advantage)
- Advanced computer skills including Fidelio/Opera systems and MS Office applications
