"GUEST ASSISTANT AGENT"
We invite you to work as a "Guest Assistant Agent" in the Guest Relations department of our TITANIC LUXURY COLLECTION BODRUM hotel operating in the Bodrum/Muğla region of our TITANIC HOTELS brand, which is an international brand in hotel management.
Qualifications
- University degree (preferably in Tourism/Hospitality)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or luxury hospitality
- Excellent communication skills in Turkish, English, and/or Russian, German, Arabic
- Ability to work flexible 8 hour shifts between 08:00–24:00 (including weekends and holidays)
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and problem-solving skills
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Cultural sensitivity, patience, and strong work ethics
Responsibilities
- As a Guest Assistant, you will be the face of our guest experience. You will deliver exceptional, personalized service, anticipate guest needs, and collaborate closely with all departments to ensure a seamless stay.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, ensure a smooth and pleasant check-in process, and provide a hotel tour to help them get oriented with all facilities and services
- Assist guests throughout their stay both via WhatsApp and in person, offering continuous support for any questions, needs, or requests
- Ensure that guests make the most of all hotel services by proactively informing them about available facilities, exclusive experiences, and daily activities
- Advise guests on activities and events that can make their holiday more enjoyable and memorable
- Assist guests in organizing special celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, romantic dinners, yacht tours, and similar personalized experiences
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests Coordinate with all operational departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Kids Club, Entertainment, Spa
- Follow up on requests and complaints to ensure full guest satisfaction
- Record guest feedback, requests, and actions taken in the Elektra system
