"Assistant Guest Relations Manager"
We invite you to take a position as “Assistant Guest Relations Manager” in the Guest Relations Department of our TITANIC LUXURY COLLECTİON BODRUM hotel that operates in Muğla region under international TITANIC HOTELS brand.
Qualifications
· University degree in Tourism/Hospitality or a related field
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within Guest Relations or Front Office in luxury environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish, English, and Russian, German or Arabic
· Ability to work a flexible schedule — any shift between 08:00–24:00, including weekends and holidays (1 day off per week)
· Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, Elektra)
· Demonstrated leadership abilities, inspiring team members to perform at their highest level
· Strong communication skills
· High attention to detail, responsibility, and fast decision-making abilities
· Exceptional time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
· Discipline, self-motivation, ambition, and cultural sensitivity
Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of new hire integration into the Guest Assistant team, including orientation, training schedules, documentation, and progress evaluations
- Assign tasks to Guest Assistant Supervisors and provide coaching and assistance as needed
- Handle guest complaints, resolve issues proactively, and provide feedback to the Guest Relations Manager
- Monitor staff performance and assist the Guest Assistant Manager with performance reviews and disciplinary procedures
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on guest satisfaction through employee motivation and development
- Promote service excellence through daily communication and coordination with all hotel departments
- Prepare GRM reports, analize online reviews, and suggest strategies to improve
- Participate in management meetings
