The role

As a Corporate Communications Specialist, you will act as a key execution engine for our integrated internal and external communication plans. This role is perfect for a hands-on "doer" who thrives on writing, coordinating planning, publishing content, and tracking campaign rollouts. Working closely with senior communicators, you will learn to navigate a fast-paced environment and contribute to master project management to support overall business objectives.

What you'll be responsible for

• Draft and refine communication materials, including internal announcements, routine leadership updates, organizational FAQs, and basic talking points.

• Publish approved content across internal channels (SharePoint/intranet, Microsoft Teams, and emailings) to ensure consistent engagement.

• Connect with cross-functional teams  corporate functions (such as Supply Chain, Legal, HR, and Marketing) to support alignment on internal and external messages.

• Help package stories about site operations, product safety, cold chain logistics, and responsible packaging initiatives into relatable employee content.

• Assist in tracking timelines, delivery schedules, and assets when collaborating with external PR or creative agencies.

• Support in managing communication calendars (events, special days etc) and timelines.

We're looking for someone who

• 0–2 years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Internal Comms, or Journalism (relevant internship experience counts!).
•  Excellent written communication skills with a proven ability to simplify detailed technical or operational concepts into clear, engaging messages.
•  Solid project coordination habits: highly organized, reliable with deadlines, and comfortable keeping track of multiple moving parts.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with practical experience building clean, narrative-driven PowerPoint slides.
•  A basic, foundational understanding of public relations or media tracking.
