Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess maturity and capability levels of software development processes.
• Identify gaps and non-conformities against several standards and norms (Automotive SPICE, Functional Safety, Cyber Security)
• Support process improvement planning and deployment
• Setup of an action plan to monitor identified gaps and track improvement actions to closure
• Collaborate with process owners to implement corrective actions
• Monitor and track development indicators against defined target values
• Report and (if necessary) escalate to management when project deviations are identified
• Support supplier assessments and monitor compliance.
• Define and optimize processes together with the development team

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical).
• Min 3 Years of experience in this field.
• Certified Provisional Assessor or Process Expert – Automotive SPICE® (intacs™ certified).
• Strong experience in software development life cycle and quality assurance in automotive/embedded domains.
• In-depth knowledge of ASPICE process categories.
• Proven experience conducting formal assessments independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of software and system testing
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Language skills: Turkish and  English, German at least B2

Additional Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Safety of the intended function (SOTIF, ISO 21448)– Understanding of safety-related development processes and how they intersect with ASPICE.
• Familiarity with Cybersecurity Standards (ISO/SAE 21434) – Awareness of security practices in automotive software development.
• Tool Proficiency – Hands-on experience with tools for Product Lifecycle Management (e.g. DOORS, PTC Integrity, Codebeamer) and issue tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Change).
• Root Cause Analysis – Strong skills in identifying underlying process issues and proposing actionable solutions.
• Project Management Basics – Understanding of project lifecycle management, planning, and risk mitigation
• Interpersonal Skills – Ability to influence, facilitate discussions, and build rapport across cross-functional teams.
• Organizational Alignment – Ability to ensure ASPICE compliance efforts are aligned with organizational objectives, collaborating effectively with managers and leadership to drive strategic quality initiatives
