The Hotel

Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul has become Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group's second hotel in Turkey. The hotel is located on the European side of Istanbul, in the luxurious residential district of Kuruçeşme, right next to the unique Bosphorus.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and technology-drivenReporting Manager to join the Finance team at Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul.

Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, this role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial and management reporting, performance analysis and the continuous improvement of reporting processes in accordance with USALI 12 standards.

The ideal candidate combines strong hotel finance knowledge with advanced Excel and AI-driven reporting capabilities, usingMicrosoft Copilot and modern Excel tools to automate reporting, enhance analysis and deliver meaningful business insights.
