MAT Filtration Technologies was established to provide the highest possible efficiency equipment and services on water filtration technology. Specifically MAT was established in 2012 in Izmir, Turkey and was founded by fish husbandry industry experts. Our expertise in animal husbandry for over 35 years is our biggest competitive advantage. Furthermore we understand animal behavior and we know in depth the operational needs to run properly a facility. Our company develops and tests the equipment performance and ensures its ease of operation on our marine fish quarantine facility in Izmir. In addition we have designed our organisation to deliver successfully and on-time demanding projects in any part of the world. Finally MAT has developed to become a design, manufacturing and contracting leader in the field of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and specialty filtration technologies. Currently, we employ over 600 highly-skilled staff of multiple nationalities and 4 factories.

We are looking for Travel Operations Specialist with the qualifications below;

Job Description:
• Managing global visa processes and travel operations,
• Coordinating flight, hotel and transportation arrangements,
• Monitoring travel requirements and procedures for countries where our projects are located and providing timely information within the company,
• Managing travel-related procurement and payment processes,
• Following up invoices and preparing regular reports,
• Maintaining travel records and carrying out administrative purchasing activities.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in visa operations, travel management, hotel reservations and flight ticketing,
• Very good command of English,
• Good knowledge of global visa processes and international travel procedures,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel, with strong reporting skills,
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail,
• Ability to work in accordance with the working hours of the countries where the projects are located,
• No travel restrictions,
• Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and a fast-paced environment when required,
• Candidates who live in İzmir / Üçkuyular, Balçova, Narlıdere, Güzelbahçe, Seferihisar and Urla locations will be given priority.
