Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electrical-Electronics Engineering,

• 8-10 years of experience in villa or high-end superstructure construction projects (preferably in a Chief/Lead position),

• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English,

• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications,

• Experienced in subcontractor management, quantity surveying, and progress payment processes.

Job Description:

• Executing all high and low current electrical works on site in accordance with the design, work schedule, and quality standards,

• Directing, managing, and monitoring the performance of subcontractor teams on site,

• Managing the approval, ordering, and on-site logistics processes for electrical materials,

• Checking and approving subcontractor progress payments, attachments, and quantity survey calculations,

• Ensuring full compliance of all on-site activities with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
