The world's leading wheel manufacturer Maxion Wheels is looking a "Surface Treatment Engineer" for Maxion Inci Aluminum Passenger Car Wheels (JAW) plant located in Manisa Industrial Zone.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics and Administrative Sciences,
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within Sales in a manufacturing environment; preferably with experience in a global company and/or the automotive industry,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Fluent in English; German at B2 level is a plus,
• Experience with SAP PP and MM modules,
• Strong communication and motivation skills, high energy level, and a strong team player,
• Strong analytical thinking skills, competent in target setting, with advanced benchmarking and comparison analysis capabilities,
• For male candidates, completion of military service,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to İzmir or Manisa.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing and monitoring customer relationships,
• Communicating and following up customer terms and expectations within the organization,
• Monitoring customer portals within the areas of responsibility and ensuring timely updates of required information,
• Representing customer expectations in internal functions such as order management and shipment processes as the customer account representative,
• Conducting price negotiations with customers,
• Defining pricing and all other sales terms,
• Performing customer price and cost analyses and ensuring coordination of pricing and efficiency across all customers with the Global team,
• Checking invoice prices and price difference invoices,
• Performing quarterly and monthly price updates in line with customer agreements,
• Following up projects and ensuring regular information flow to customers,
• Monitoring the entire sales process for domestic and international sales,from order intake to delivery to the customer,
• Managing all customer relationships during new project processes,
• Coordinating weekly with Global Supply Chain & Sales after consolidating customer releases,
• Determining monthly forecast (FC) quantities,
• Conducting forecasting, tooling quantity, and capacity studies for references to be launched in cooperation with Global Engineering and Supply Chain teams,
• Coordinating monthly on a reference basis with Global Sales and BU Controlling teams regarding price development, productivity reductions, and recovery applications in line with the AOP.
