Maxx Royal Bodrum Resort, which is known for its wide vision and always open to development; is looking for ''MAXX ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR'' who has the following qualifications.

Job Description 

•  University degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred),
•  Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of Turkish, Russian, or German is an advantage,
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality,
• Strong team management and coordination skills,
• Effective communication abilities, focused on ensuring guest satisfaction,
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt as needed,
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently,
• Proactive approach to improving guest experience and strategic thinking,
• Team-oriented with a commitment to upholding high service standards,
• Willingness to support the development and growth of staff.
