The Successful Applicant
A successful Export Manager should have:

• A degree in business, international trade, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of export regulations and international trade practices.
• Proven experience in sales within the bedding and sleep products industry is a must.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
