İş Tanımı:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to M&A and corporate transactions.
• Prepare and manage SHA & SPA and other investment-related agreements.
• Coordinate and oversee all agreement processes across company departments, ensuring legal compliance and consistency.
• Provide legal support for investment activities and fund structures.
• Advise on CMB regulations and other corporate legal matters.
• Prepare and follow up on general assembly documentation and procedures.

Aradığımız Profil:

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• 2-3 years of experience in M&A and corporate law, preferably in a reputable law firm or financial institution.
• Knowledge of funds, CMB regulations, and transaction documentation.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in English and Turkish.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
