At Mimar Holding, we are looking for a Budget Specialist who will take an active role in managing the financial planning and budgeting processes across our group companies, including arcoglobal, YOO Mimarlık, Ofix and Servis365.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset and strategic perspective, with end-to-end responsibility for budgeting, cost management, and reporting processes, in close collaboration with senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage annual and quarterly budgets across group companies
• Develop revenue and expense projections, analyze budget variances, and propose corrective actions
• Lead consolidated budgeting processes and prepare group-level financial reports
• Conduct regular budget review meetings with senior management
• Perform cost analysis and develop cost optimization strategies
• Transform financial data into meaningful, comparable, and decision-supporting reports
• Drive data-driven improvements in budgeting and reporting processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields
• 5–7 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cost management
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including macros)
• Strong experience with Power BI and reporting tools
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management
• Ability to work in a multi-company structure and a dynamic environment
