Cell Lead

We are looking for a Cell Lead for our international packaging company located in Corlu, Mondi İstanbul Ambalaj.

Job Description:

• 24-hour accountability for cell results, improvements and capability development,

• Lead meetings & define actions,

• Reporting to Operations Manager,

• Leading line centric organization,

• Working closely with Process Lead and Maintenance Lead,

• Preferably experienced in continuous improvement projects.

General Qualifications:

·        Having bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering and from a reputable university,

·         Having good command of English, including fluent communication skills,

·         4-6 years’ experience in production environment

·         Excellent computer, excel and presentation skills,

·         A results-driven and detail-oriented,

·         Well organized and self-motivated to lead projects,

·         Proactive, creative, and having an analytical mindset,

·         Focused and able to prioritize workload.
